Cherllisha Silva
Cherllisha Silva writes from Aotearoa New Zealand. In 2024 she earned a Masters in Creative Writing at the IIML. Her creative nonfiction, short fiction and poetry have been published in Aotearotica, Bonsai: Best Small Fictions of Aotearoa NZ, Best Small Fictions 2019, The Wild Word, Turbine / Kapohau and other places. Her work asks how did we get here, where are we going, and explores the conflict in surviving inheritance and embodying identity.
