Franchesca Walker

Franchesca Walker (Ngāti Rakaipaaka, Ngāti Pāhauwera, Pākehā) is a writer and storyteller living on Whadjuk Noongar land. Born and raised in Aotearoa, she spent a couple of years working as a historian for the Waitangi Tribunal Unit on Treaty claims before moving to Western Australia.

Franchesca’s work has most recently been performed as part of Perth’s storytelling show, Barefaced Stories, and published on the Centre for Stories’ online publication, Journal.
